I file a Lawsuit against GPS . The Company has been SUSPENDED  due to serious concerns about a company's assets, operations, or other financial information,it has lost all rights and privileges  and cannot legally operate.But Michele Evans is working with ficticious names

Attention !!! are you or where you an employee of GLOBAL PROVIDER SOLUTION ? do you work or did you work for Michelle Evans Dodgen? ...employees who's not getting pay or did not get paid proper wages,or  meal breaks or rest breaks, unpaid overtimes, holidays, defrauding employees this agency manage by Michelle Evans has violated labor laws we can file an class action lawsuit don't be afraid !!! stand up and fight for you rights.

 Don't feel bad. She did the same thing to a few of us. We are also going after her. Class action! .....Justice WILL ge done!

You can write anything you want, I have a lawyer helping me  now to collect the money for this crime you have comited against me I have nothing more to say, labor department will go after you ,so is the IRS, You should learn to be honest with the employees and the clients, You lied to them you lied to you employees, and you're liying to people who are reading this report you are  an incompetent administrator,very unprofessional and a hugh liar, You should change you actitud your life will be much better and peaceful  maybe you live frustrated, feel trapped in your life or suffering lack in self esteem so the only way you can feel powerful is by hurting others i never to late to change, you have prove me once more  that you  have a negative behavior  and you are a reflection of them,be considerate,truthfull,help yourself be thankfull with the employees we are hard workers,some of them don't want to talk because there afraid of loosing their job and not paying fair is going to cost you more at the end

I thank you for giving me the oportunity to work in Hospice where I have meet wonderful people and gaveme the oportunity to know the awareness of death this has enables me to live each day,each moment to the fullest and enjoy life with love and compasion for others  now I believe that in order to enjoy true happiness, I should live each moment as if it were my last ,you should do the same Michelle your good deed in life is all you will take from this earth, i hope you find peace in you heart and be a better human being.

This CAREGIVER ADRIENNE AMY SCOTT is a very angry and mean individual.

Our patient from UCLA is a very frail and emotial patient due to her story and complications.

Adrienne did a great job for a few days on teh case then the DAUGHTER AND PATIENT filed a report that ADRIENNE AMY SCOTT is abusive and angry, THAT THIS CAREGIVER GRABBED THE DAUGHTER BY THE ARM AND THREW HER AGAINST THE WALL

THIS CAREGIVER ADRIENNE AMY SCOTT ALSO CAUSED A MAJOR SCENE AT THE TIVERTON HOUSE FROM UCLA- THE PATIENT WAS ASKED TO LEAVE HER HOME DUE TO THIS CAREGIVER ACTIONS. THIS PATIENT WAS HOMELESS...IT TOOK A MONTH FOR US TO FIND HER HOUSING

WE HAVE FILED A CRIMINAL REPORT FOR PATIENT ABUSED TOWARDS CAREGIVER ADRIENNE AMY SCOTT as well as WE HAVE REPORTED HER TO THE NURSING BOARD, CNA BOARD AND ABUSE

GLOBAL PROVIDER SOLUTIONS MADE FULL PAYMENT TO CAREGIVER ADRIENNE ANY SCOTT- via WESTERN UNION BECAUSE THIS PERSON DOES NOT EVEN HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT!!!!

THIS CAREGIVER NEVER PICKED UP HER PAYMENT AT WESTERN UNION- WE HAVE THE RECEIPTS< POLICE REPORT>DOCUMENTS AND FAMILY FILED REPORT

WE WILL HANDLE THIS IN COURT!!!!!

 This company takes advantage of good people's kindness. Michelle is a con artist. I worked for her for 8 days at UCLA Tiverton House. She owes me 1008.00$. My rent and bills are now behind. I have a daughter that's in college as well. I might get evicted from my home unless I get a new assignment quick. I reported Michelle Evans to UCLA to an director. They stated they will no longer do business with her. I hope that this women is stopped and put out of her illegal business practices.
