Global Reach International phone calls constantly Los Angeles California

first off i would like to say that the "ex employee", is correct in the fact that these are us-based calls. second of all, i have a family from the Philippines, and it would be an affront to their nature, to operate like this company does.

ALSO, THIS IS NOT THE GROUP KNOWN AS http://www.globalreach.org/, A LEGITIMATE FAITH BASED ORGINIZATION, or GLOBALREACHINTERNATIONAL.ORG,this group is a 501c corporation.


aside from that what must be understood. they still are telemarketers, no matter how slimy their business practices are, or the nature o what they are doing is a scam or not.

the simple fact is, they make money only from calls they complete into sales.
sooooo.....


i don't know if you have been harrassed by them lately, but what i did, which worked quite well was to reverse the situation.

fortunately i can make all the interstate calls i want for free.

Yes, i got a call from these idiots at GLOBALREACH INT. and as everybody else has stated, they state i signed up for it, which i did not.  when the phone company, VONAGE in my case was no help, in fact about as useless as t%$# on a boar, i thought about what these companies are,

they are SCAMMERS! and everybody knows they make their money by the calls they complete, with payment.  SOOOOO, i decided to use their tactics against them, with great success.  i started calling them back, and would just ramble on for 2-3 minutes, then say that all i am doing is intentionally wasting THEIR time, and therefore COSTING them THEIR MONEY
When they would hang up, i would speed dial them right back and do it again.

After about an hour, i finally was asked what it would take to get this to stop, and i said take me off your list. if i get 1 more call back, i will do this for 24 hrs, 48 hrs, what ever it would take to get my number off their list.  it has been 3 days of blissful silence!!!

This is not fair accusation. Globalreach operates data and voice facilities as a business. Globalreach is an Internet service provider. US companies operating call center operations in the Philippines are leasing these facilities. Globalreach is not making the calls themselves. The US company owned call centers are making all the calls. Globalreach has no control of the calls being made in the same way that AT&T and Verizon or Bell South has no control of the calls actually being made. There are guidelines and policies to be followed but no way can anyone prevent the calls except the person being called. You should get the name of the caller, the company he/she represents and tell him/her to stop calling. If they insist, address the complaint to the caller's company not Globalreach. Global Reach Int. 213-542-6533 called me 5 times this morning no one on the other end. So I looked them up and came across this site. I had gotten tired of the harassment of the phone ringing every hour. This was very engorging. So I got in a quit room when they called back I repeatedly hit the # sign on the phone. The phone calls did stop. I hope this will help anyone with these type of phone calls.
