When I decided to sent a car to Europe I got a few quotes from different companies and when I spoke with Global Relogistics they gave me the better deal , or so I thought . They told me that the price includes customs and some other fees ,transportation from my house and that they ship cars every week . So we sent them the money and the contract on 09/18/2009 and the car is suppose to get to France only tomorrow November 13 th. They picked up the car at the beginning of October . Just like another person said whenever I would call them they will always say that they don't have any drivers in our area yet and they will always postpone us . This part I somewhat understood . After they finally pick up the car, after almost two weeks,(I was told that after payment they will pick up the car in 2 days) they gave me the big news that the car isn't going to be shipped until October 25th ,which I was extremely pissed about because they said they have shipments every week . I could not believe I was fulled soooo bad and that there is absolutely nothing I can do about it .To make matters worst , a few days ago I got a bill for an additional $373 for bill of landing , documentation and customs , which again I was told that are included in the price . Their explanation for the delayed shipment was that , even thou they do have shipments every week , now all their shipments are full and will have to wait . I did explain to them that my brother who is suppose to pick up the car from France is not going to be in France after November 1st, and that when I signed the contract on September 18th it gave me , from what they told me , plenty of time for the car to arrive before November. From what they told me they were going to pick up the car possibly the next day and customs will take a few days. They told me that if I want a faster shipment I have to pay an additional $800 . I also asked Evans , the guy that gave me the quote and all this false information , if I can put thing in the car and he said it's ok as long as you can see in the back and there is nothing in the front seat . After we completely filled up the car when the driver come to pick up the car he told us that they don't accept anything in the car and everything will be throw away everything from the car that doesn't belong with the car. We didn't want to take any chance so we spent an extra hour removing all the things we put in the car . We are so thankful that the driver told us that , because when we called and spoke with Dana , which is the manger ( or something like that) she told me that in deed everything would have been thrown away if was in the car. So imagine if we were to believe Evans and sent the car full of thing we would have lost another $ 1000-1500 .

I would just beg everybody that reads this to not do business with this company they will absolutely rip you off , and in a very " legal way " . From my experience I will have to say that they are pro's at how they rip off people.

SETTING THE RECORD STRAIGHT. THIS IS NOT A GLOBAL RELOGISTICS CUSTOMER

AUTHOR: Customer care - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 03, 2010

At Global Relogistics we handle any claim through our Customer Service Department and we have each account documented. We couldn't find any customer under this name, in this State and intending to do business with us in that month or any other month; as far as we are concerned, this could be planted by a competitor in a desperate attempt to damage our reputation.

We understand that ROR takes anonymous complaints with no regard to the truth, slander or harassment, but this is a very disturbing and unsubstantiated accusation by an alleged customer of ours, regarding our business practices and our ethics. While we can honestly understand anyone's frustration and anger with dishonest business practices, we at Global Relogistics feel it our obligation to set the record straight regarding this matter.

Global Relogistics has over 25 years of experience, providing outstanding services to thousand of clients. We at Global Relogistics pride ourselves on our integrity and customer services abilities when dealing with our customers and the general public. We are therefore quite appalled by the fact that any person can simply claim to have had an unsatisfactoty experience with our company without providing some sort of documentation or proof. Our actual customers are provided with a contract and at all times, know the terms and conditions of their agreement with our company.

We feel it necessary to protect the business name of Global Relogistics. While we appreciate free speech and the power and freedom of the internet, those accused of alleged wrong doings by mysterious customers or perhaps competitors, should have an equal say and opportunity to defend themselves and the business that they invested themselves into building. We hereby invite any interested party to examine our business practices. And we kindly ask that any of our true customers, who have actually done business with us and were satisfied with our services, please post positive comments. Should you read this information and choose to use any of our services in the future, you will receive a $100.00 Gift Certificate to be applied toward those services.
