Global reports/Global reporting network ripped off my 89 year old father and 84 year old mother

My 89 year old father wrote a check for $5.00 to PDC.  The endorsement on the check was Global Reporting Network. After that they started sendiing checks through my father's account periodically for $60.00 at least 4 times and once for $39.00.  My father managed his account himself, so we were unaware of this until after he passed away in Oct, 2014.  The only reason we found out about it is that one showed up in the account on Feb 15, 2015.  The bank is investigating it as a fraud case.  When researching further, we discovered all the other times this had happened.  The bank is currently investigating all of this and hopefully my mother will be able to recover all the money.
