This is by far the most important posting I have made.
I just received a letter from the Florida Department of Agriculture. The letter states that they are seeking a permanent injunction against Global Resources.

The FDOA will seek civil penalties, and more importantly restitution!!!!! for persons injured by Global Resources Inc.

The letter included a copy of my description of complaint and an affidavit I will sign.
This is very very important; the letter also states that Upon receipt of sufficient number of affidavits the Department will proceed to file a Motion for Summary Judgment Against Global Resources Inc.
