Global Resources Global Resources Scam, San Antonio Press Takes Notice N. Miami Florida

The San Antonio Express News has published a story about The Global Resources scam today (Wednesday 5-11-05) I had contacted the Express News to make good on my promised course of action I would take if Global Resources did not return my money I was legally entitled too.

I urge anyone reading this who has not filed a Rip-off Report about your experience with Global Resources to do so. This forum is important for people all over the country to be able to communicate. I also recommend that you contact your local news media and be willing to go public. A local TV news station here in San Antonio caught a Global Resources Customer Service rep in a lie when they told her that the contract allowed them up to 90 days to ship equipment instead of the 45 days the contract actually states. The TV news station will be airing the story soon. The people at Global Resources handle the press very poorly. In addition to the Federal Investigation, the hot light of a TV camera and a probing newspaper article adds to the pressure being applied.

Urgent!! Anyone in the state of Texas who has been defrauded by Global Resources and is willing to file a lawsuit, please contact me at artrock61@netscape.net I have talked with a lawyer who is very experienced in these type of cases and it would be mutually beneficial for a group of us victims who are Texas residents to file a class action suit.
