Global Rings Jewelry Billy Lulo This guy is a liar and cheat, lies to clients and sells Fraudelent Diamonds. Beware of this thief! Los Angeles, California

There customer service is a 1 out of 10, my boyfriend and I visited the Jewelry Mart on Hill Street downtown LA and had the misfortune of going into Gobal Rings Jewelry on the 9th floor Suite #920.

At that store no one ever answers the phone. On our visit to the store this guy was in the back room talking on the phone for 15 to 20 minutes hashing out some financial problems with someone on the phone. He was yelling and carrying on. Me and my Boyfriend could hear everything this guy was saying and he seem not care a bit at least he gave us  no greeting or attempted to give us any service.

When he finally came out from his room he then offer to show us some rings by then we where ready to go and the he caught real pushy.  He then  insisted and tried showing us some bogus rings with fake diamonds in them saying that there where real even though the stone's where not, he's  insisted a push on. This guy is a real sleeze.

This guy is  shady. When I called the store twice before going and I was put on hold for 10 minutes on both occasions, that should have been the tell all sign. I should have known then.  that there service and there integrity was no up to par.  Because after me and my boyfriend started asking this guy questions he just brush  our  concerns off and discounted what we had to say to him.

He really turn us off. First he had no time for us, he didn't even bleak for an second and Then all of a sudden he come out trying to force us to stay and look at his merchandise. Then showing us some ring with Cubic Zirconia I guess he though we would not know the difference or maybe he was joking in case that was flat out wrong.

He continue to make up excuse about not waiting on us and treat us like we knew nothing. I  am
a Doctor in LA and so is my boyfriend and I really feel that this store was trying to rip us off. They lack
professionalism maybe a reflection of the Store manager Billiy Lulo. The store is very dirty and unorganized and this guy makes to many mistakes so if he can't get the small things right how can
he get the big things right, like a 2 carat ring.

No big purchase for us there, We traveled the extra miles and went over to a rea1 jewelry for that matter instead. The manager at Global Rings Jewelry seems not to want our business and thats fine we bought at Ribbions Bros., instead!
