I ordered $276 worth of Black Cod and smoked scallops from https://globalseafoods.com I'm in Houston, TX. Global Seafoods shipped the order on July 3rd and tracking said it was due for delivery on July 11th . . .about 4 days longer than the dry ice would be good for. I let Global Seafoods know and they did something that caused it to be delivered to my office on Saturday, July 8th - according to FedEX.
But I was not kept in any loop and was out of town that weekend (their website says they do not deliver on Saturday), so what I found was a box of rotten fish at the front door of my office on Monday. Very disappointing. Lesson learned. I'll pay the extra $5/lb from other sources - it's worth it.

I do not know who this is so I cannot respond in detail as I don’t know what order this is from. But it sounds like you didn’t even contact us about the issue. If yo don’t let us know there is a problem then we can’t fix it. We guarantee all shipments and would have sent you a replacement or refunded you. But as I said, if you don’t tell us there is a problem then we can’t fix your issue. Most of our shipments arrive ok, but some rare ones have problems, which is why we have our guarantee.
