I called Jan 4 to close an account and was told 30 days for a refund. I called back Feb 9 and was told 30 business days. so I waited until Feb 18 to check. NO REFUND, I called again Feb 18 and was told it was processed on Feb 9, (coincidence) and should be done in 7 to 10 days. This means I should have it today. NOT. I asked for a supervisor, explained the contradictions between reps and she said I will send this to our refund processing department. I asked how many days for this . ANOTHER 3 to 5. THey obviously need to make as much interest as possible, not to mention they charged $5.00 of your money to do a refund.
This is the biggest money making scheme in the world.
I should be mad at my stuck on stupid son for getting arrested in the first place.
