I have an account with GTL with a 100 dollar limit from day one i have always made payments on this account to try to keep the 100 dollar balance as low as possible.

With the 100 dollar limit on the account you can not make calls once you have reached the 100 dollar limit. i have went over my limit twice since the account has been active one for 121.00, and 116.00 I always make payments on time, and before time.

Now GTL is claming that i owe them money, and i dont understand how because the account is something like a prepaid account if i did owe them any money at all it should'nt be over 100.00 dollars because thats the limit or credit they gave from the begining and you cant go over that limit and continue to recieve calls to have such a large balance owed

The other day i just got my balance down to a 0.00 blance, and all the calls had already posted to the account , so no more money should have been deducted from my 0.00 balance. i had already been in question about my account, but when it came time for it to be explained no one could explain it to me or i was put on hold for long periods of time and then hung up on.

Now i am so feed up with this system. One other thing I excepted calls from the same facility in NY with my local telephone company i ended up taking 22 calls on one bill and the bill came out to be 82.30 including all taxes and surcharges the taxes came up to be 5.38 on this account with GTL the taxes came up to be 89.00 bucks. Thats almost the dollar amount of the call limit which is 100 dollars.


Some one please help me beacuse times are very hard now, and no one has money to waste.
