Global Tel Link, State Of Ohio Blocking Private Phone Services Duluth Georgia

My phone services keep getting blocked by this company. It is an arrangement under contract with the state of Ohio.

I pay for my phone services. It is for my private and personal use. It should not matter that I know somebody who happens to be imprisoned, I'm not! Therefore, my phone is for me to use as I please, including communicating with someone who is in prison. I pay the bill so I have the right to decide who I talk to.

I prepay in order to receive a lessor rate but each month I am billed at the higher rate and a credit is shown on my invoice.

The person that I am communicating with in prison just might be innocent! That person has been in the long process of appeal. Communication is critical in that process. Information gathering for appeals process is always time sensitive. Blocking phone services is also blocking due process. Due process is a Constitutional provision and a freedom extended to all Americans.

Blocking sources of communications is effectivly eliminating Constitutional due process and should be considered a crime.
