Global Tel_Link They eat your money and then make you pay more to talk to your loved ones ALABAMA Fairfield California

Ok, so look, normally didnt have any problems with them...then about a week ago went to put money on the phone so my husband could call me, and it said it had accepted my payment. well a few hours later when my husband tried to call me the system said I had NO MONEY on the phones....I put $50 by the way......So I called and they told me (rudely enough) that my card bounced bak...which is BS, Because I called my card company and they said that the funds were there and the global tellink company was holding the money, so then I ask to speak to a supervisor, NO RESPONSE,

So now, I called again this morning and they are trying to tell me I OWE money because my card bounced back, BUT IT IS THEIR system!! So I cant talk to my husband , Im over $125 in the hole and Global Tel link, wont answer calls or return anyones calls....WHAT DO I DO??? CONTACT CONSUMER AFFAIRS?
