Global tellink is a rip off company. They are charging outrages calls for facilities in which the area code to the telephone match. When you try to call and discuss the complaints they try to throw your off. They tell you that they cant discuss the information. They also double bill you. Global tellink will charge your credit card for services that they do not render. Global tellink make up there on fees as they go. I need for anybody who have a complaint about global tellink to contact the FCC. THE FCC WILL HELP OUT. THEY ARE CHARGING NEIGHBORS DIFFERENT RATES. HOW CAN MY ROOMATE AND I HAVE THE SAME PHYSICAL ADDRESS, SAME AREA CODE, SAME PHONE COMPANY, AND TALKING TO THE SAME INMATE AT ONE FACILITY AND WE ARE PAYING TO DIFFERENT PRICES. HER CALLS ARE $1 A CALL AND MINE IS $5.33. WHEN YOU ASK THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP THEY TRY TO AVOID THE QUESTION. I KNOW THESES INMATES ARE LOCKED UP, BUT THEY STILL GOT PEOPLE WHO LOVE THEM.
