Global Time Share Solutions Robbed over the phone through fraudulent and deceitful statements Davie Florida

Around the last week of May,2008 Ms.Stacy Schiano called and asked if I were interested in saling my time share unit and what would I be willing to take for it. A week or so later she called me back stating that she had a buyer for my time share standing beside her.

We agreed on a price for the unit and a price for the rental of the week.Then I was stupid enough to give her my credit card #,and she billed me for $899.00. She led me to believe that she and a buyer were signing a contract to the deal and that I would soon be getting a check in the mail.

Maybe two weeks later I received a letter with a contract in it stating that I had listed my time share with a resale marketing co. Ms Stacy Schiano answering service would answer the phone but she never did return any calls. The fine print at the bottom of the contract states that no refund after 7 days.

The credit card co. claim there was nothing they could do because of the 7days clause in the contract.
