my friend was ripoffed for $899 for advertising fees (she was led to believe her timeshare was sold for $26,000) we contacted the BBB of southeast florida and got her money back. they had 44 complaints since 8/04. the better business bureau of southeast florida's phone number is 561-842-1918. I filed on bbb website, who sent email to company and she got a call the very next day saying her credit card was credited for full amount. good luck.
