Company out of business, of course when its fraudulent (Global Timeshare Solutions) I also was led to believe that my timeshare would be sold or rented within 90 days, however after paying this company $399 I have not heard from them anymore, so I decided to give them an additional 10 days to do something with the property, on the 100th day, I started calling them all day long and was unsuccessful in getting through to them, I was feeling uneasy about the fact of not being able to get through to the company, so I decided to call the Better Business Beau, and it was then that I was informed that Global had went out of business, and that many people were calling the BBB to inquire about Global. My next questions was about my money how can I retrieve it, here it is !! since the company is now out of business, BBB can not help you, you have to contact the Division of Consumer Services of Florida or go to website www.800helpfla.com # is (850) 922-2966 I spoke with a very nice gentlemen there that explained the procedures of retrieving my funds back from global, I filed a complaint on the website as I was speaking with him on the phone. I was informed that I will and others who file will get something back because Global was bonded. Two days later I received a call from a representative who was assigned to my case, and a case number. I hope this information can help any of you out there that was taken by Global such as myself. I wish we could do a class action law suit !!!!
