Global Timeshares /VPN Promised that Finance Company would by Timeshare if deal fell through Internet

My experience is no different than all the other complaints.  They did say that the finance company would buy the timeshare if the buyer they have backs out.

After it was obvious that I was complaining, phone calls were never returned.  Bill Grant was not available because he was out of the office, showing property.

Does anyone have knowledge of what it would take to bring a class action lawsuit against this company and put them out of business?

Obviously, people who fall for this scam are people who need to get money out of their timeshare, it is not because they are unhappy with their timeshare.  They are trying to liquidate an asset and instead end up depleting their assets.  This is graft.
