Global Touch Phone Service And PowerNet Global Communications Fraud Chicago Illinois

I have been a customer of Global Touch Phone Service for years and I guess in the past few months they were bought off by PowerNet Global Communications. Even though they claim that we should have received the letter, I do not remember getting one in mail. With the change, account number changed as well as the billing address. I have made 2 payments to them after the buyout and all of a sudden one day I receive a note from PowerNet saying that they are disconecting our service because our bill is past due. I call them and they tell me that they have nothing to do with biling from GLobal Touch and that they can not transfer the payment. I call Global Touch and they tell me that it will take weeks for me to get my money back and maybe I won't. So like anone else I dispute that response and ask how it is possible that they cash a check for a service they didn't provide. This happened to me with other companies such as my mortgage company and every time they would instantly send me the check saying this money does not come to us anymore, it should go to whoever bought your mortgage, so thank God somoene is honest. SO after a huge argument, lady gives me a phone number to a supervisor whom I called and whom hang up on me after he heard the first 2 sentences of what I had to say. Then finally I call another number and the lady says that she will send a request to billing to issue me my money back as if this was a favor not a right thing to do. They are all rude, not accommodating and I hope noone ever uses them again. I disconected my service and still no money.
