I took a look at their business opportunity and found it was not for me. I felt there was a lot of hype and misleading information so canceled by trial which was supposed to be at no charge. This began on March 6, 2017 and on March 7, 2017 I cancelled the trial and was emailed a cancelation confirmation number as shown below in red bold. I should have known this was a lie they can’t even spell Representative correctly, see blue in email.

On March 22, 2017 my credit card company notified me that they charged my card $199.00. I then called them and spoke with A Z Anderson who informed me that she would have her supervisor credit my card immediately. I ask her to wait so I could confirm the credit and it never showed so she said she would transfer me to her supervisor. After being on hold for nearly an hour I hung up and called back. I then spoke with Trey Reid and 45 minutes later was told the same thing and still no refund. I ask for his supervisor and again no supervisor came to the phone so AGAIN I called back. After about 5 minutes I spoke with Ronald Mike who then informed me that the membership was cancelled on March 20, 2017 which I feel it was not since they charged my credit card on March 22, 2017. I AGAIN ask for a refund and after about 30 minutes was told that a refund was issued with a confirmation number of 322171150AA. AGAIN I ask them to wait just a minute so I could confirm the refund and NOTHING! I then told Ronald I did not receive the refund and he said it would take around 5 days. I said that is not acceptable and to simply cancel the charge rather than refund it and he became extremely rude and put me on hold NEVER TO RETURN TO THE CALL.

It is my professional opinion that they committed FRAUD and in effect stole my money.

I ask to speak with their legal department and was told they DID NOT have a legal department so began my search for more information so that I could get a satisfactory resolution for what I consider theft. I did not find any legal consul on the internet but did find that on March 7, 2017 they filed for a corporation” Global Travel International Worldwidem Inc. in Florida, Document Number P17000021888, That their principal Address is 1060 Maitland Center Commons, Suite 305, Maitland, FL, 32751 which is also their mailing address. The Registered Agent is the President Michael A Gross, 804 Bay Isle Dr, Boca Raton, FL 33487 and his telephone number is 561-999-0040 which goes to voice mail and I left a message but have not received a return call. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOU CREDIT CARD NUMBER! They will charge you even if you cancel within the trial period and use you money as long as they can. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND AND WILL BE TAKING ANY ALL LEGAL ACTION AVAILABLE. IF SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPEN TO YOU, IT MIGHT BE A GOOD IDEA TO CONSIDER LEGAL ACTION AS WELL.
