In May of 2015 I bought a 6 day/5 night all inclusive stay at a resort in either Costa Rica or Puerto Vallarta and have been trying to book it ever since. First it is not available, then I am over 70 and not eligible (I was over 70 when I bought it but no one asked), then they no longer have the resort. I have called more than 30 times trying to book something and there is always an excuse but nothing available. Once they insisted I lie about my age....I got a call from MX telling me to fax my drivers license to them. WHAT? No can do.
This is a a fraud and I want my $438 back. Actually, I believe these people should be in jail.
