I ordered a free sample from Global Vitamax because it was suggested to me. I thought I would give it a try because I plateaued in my weight loss and needed an extra push. Not only did it not help AT ALL, but I received two bank statements saying that I had paid $86.95 and $89.95 to the company.
I did not agree to pay for more of a product, nor did it say anywhere on the website that I would have to pay for anything at any point in time.
When I contacted the company, the man I spoke to, Brian, said that there was nothing the company would do about STEALING from me, and that I "must have misread the website." He was very rude, and did not seem to care that the company he works for is stealing from innocent consumers.
I have to pay rent and electricity, and do not have the money to do so because of this scam. If anyone out there can help me get my money back, please do! I work too hard for too many hours to have to deal with this.

I saw the terms and conditions on the website, why didn't you? But beyond that, you're right. If it really was a "free" sample, you wouldn't need to PAY for shipping. You pay for shipping so they can get your credit card number. Not only are these guys doing it, many others are too like "Purity" Products.
