Global Zest approached us about a conference we attended, they promised 90% accuracy on all contact fields. We received a list of 5578 contacts, I added 500 contacts to our CRM to test the list.

Of the 500 we added 394 bounced back, additionally many of the phone numbers were wrong and when we called some of the contacts never worked at the location.  Of the remaining 5087 contacts 1512 were duplicated, and it looked as though the emails were simply guessed.

When I contacted them for a refund they stopped answering my emails. I tried calling their sales representative Andrew Jordan and he never answered his phone and his voice mail box is full. I called the company headquarters phone number and asked for Chris McCarthy and they said he doesn’t have a phone. They couldn’t connect me to Andrew either because he’s “part of another branch of the company”

This has been a very frustrating and unprofessional manner for a company to carry itself. We are looking for a refund as the contacts that were provided were wildly inaccurate and have wasted a lot of my time trying to clean them up from our CRM.
