Globaleyeglasses.com Purchased eyeglasses from these folks. They messed up both prescriptions I sent them. When I contacted them they remade the eyeglasses again with the wrong prescription. I think they are incompetent. Atlanta, Georgia

Don't waste your time with this service. I ordered distance and near glasses from them. They ignored the details of my first order and sent the wrong prescription for both. They were fast! But when I pointed out they had ignored the uploaded prescription, the customer service rep I was assigned asked for me to fax a new copy and pay for shipping the new glasses. I faxed it and sent an additional handwritten version. The second pair arrived without the right prescription again. My contact offered to make them correctly if I sent them only 60% of the original cost.

I believe they are incompetent.
