I ordered 2 pairs of glasses for my son, same frames, different color. In one of the pairs, the nose piece was clearly uneven. I contacted them via email. Never heard back. Then called. They never answered the phone. Finally got a response to email, but they wanted to know which pair was defective which was clearly stated in my email. I finally got a hold of a customer service rep. Connection was bad...sounded like she was in a tunnel. I asked for a shipping label. She said she had to ask the manager and he was not in. I did this process 2 more times and followed up with emails.
I got my return approved, but no response in them covering the return shipping. Now no one answers the phone and the phone still sounds like it is in a tunnel.
What a rip off. Do not use this company! Customer Service is a Joke and quality is poor!

I finally got a shipping label from this company. Returned the glasses. I just received a refund for the amount of the glasses on July 3, 2012. The glasses were ordered and return over 4 months ago! They refunded money to my Paypal account...not to my debit card...which is what I used to pay for the glasses. I do not understand this company at all. I filed a complaint with the BBB in their home state. I hope someone finally puts a stop to their horrible business practices.
