globalgoldxchange iOffer Gold Silver Bars Internet

   I purchased two items being sold  by user globalgoldxchange on the ioffer.com web site.  I have not received either item that I've paid for after about one month time.  I have tried communicating with seller and initially there was some communication.  That has since stopped and I come to realize that it is very unlikely that I will see either the product or a refund. It is very difficult to proceed with any resources under iOffers website, I can't even get to the point of filing a dispute at this point. 
   This seller does have a high rating, but if you will want to get the latest understanding of their service make sure you look at the latest reviews.  Apparently this seller has just started failing to send out product to customers so don't be misled by past ratings look at the most current starting in September 2012.
