I’m not completely sure how they got to my uncle, it could’ve been through a classic sucker list or something (I didn’t find any news on the boiler room scam that defrauded him online, so they must have gotten the info elsewhere or they’re affiliated with the criminals who cleaned him out a few months ago) but all I know is that he’s sent four payments to a total of $2,500 and has heard absolutely nothing back since telling them that he didn’t have what it took for the next payment. These so-called professional legal experts putting up a “totally legitimate” legal fund for a lawsuit took my uncle’s money, then cut off all contact without warning. He has tried to contact them, and I’ve tried to do some more research and the more I find the more obvious it is that these are just a bunch of criminals.
What makes all of this even worse of course is that they prey on victims of former scams thinking it would be easier to fool them, and get a juicy earning from their anger at the other guys who scammed them. Thinking about that just makes my blood boil. Please stay away from anyone at GlobalInvestorAlerts.org, and stay away if you receive any contact details related to:
