Globalreach Int repeated calling with no one on the other end. Nationwide

Globalreach Int is the name that appears on my caller ID. When I answer there is on one on the other end and after waiting a few seconds you get a very loud busy signal. I received 6 calls from these people between 8:15 am and 10:10 am. I used their number to return their calls and 3 times was told circuits were busy and one time put on hold forever. I have not been able to connect and speak with a human being. Let me correct that last statement , I just received another call with no one there. I called back and a recording saying the number was disconnected. I have kept hitting redial and got through and am holding for an "agent" I have been waiting 20 minutes and no one answers phone. this is very annoying.and very inconvienient.
