Globalreplica Have not honored their warrenty New York New York

I received a watch model PLAT004 from globalreplica in Dec of 2006. The second hand hung up at twenty five after the hour so it was mailed back according to their warrenty for either replacement or repair. The watch was returned to Dan Adams per instructions. It was received on 27 December 2006 according to the USPS. Their warrenty states a 1 to 2 week turnaround time.

After a month every time I called, their phone message box was always filled. In March I finally reached someone called Joe. I explained I had returned the watch and what the problem was and told him I had even included a check to cover return costs.He said he would check things out and call me back in an hour. He never did.

My continued calls were normally met with "they were serving other customers" and the message box would be full.I made contact again on 21 March 2007 and was told by the operator that the watch was being sent in two days. I have received nothing.
