I ordered a watch on 1 Nov and received the order 4 days later. It was the wrong item so I called the number (609-247-1991) listed on their website and was told they would ship the correct watch the next day with instructions on where to send the one I had received. Two weeks later I called again that I had not received the spipment - was told again they would ship the next day with instructions on where to send the one I had.

Surprise, Surprise it never came, then I was told to send the one I had received back and they would sent the right one. I refused to send the watch back and was told they would send the right one for an additional $149.00 so I agreed.

Meanwhile I contacted the USPS via their website and asked if the package could be opened in the presense of the carrier and refused if incorrect. Their answer was, yes as long as the carrier would wait, howver the carrier did not carry stamps for the itme to be returned. The USPS website also states that the recipiant has the option of paying cash or check.

When the second package arrived yesterday, I told the carrier to return it to the Post Office and I would pick it up there. I went to the PO today and asked if I could inspect the package before paying. Although, I had the email that had been sent to me by the USPS they did not allow me to inspect the contents.

The Post Office did say I could pay with a check and if I was not satisfied I could then stop payment on the check. This is of course what I did and would'nt you know it, the wrong item again. I immediatelly went to my bank and stopped payment.

I called GlobalReplica and informed them I had received the wrong watch again. I was informed they would sent the right one for another $195.00 and I refused. I was then told to reorder thru the internet and that I would not be charged he then hung up on me - HEELLLOOO.

It seems their scam centers on the use of COD and mrking it as CASH only - once paid the money is gone.

My suggestion is to pay with a check then cancell the check it the order is incorrect. The USPS iformed me that the RECIPIENT hacs the option to pay by check or cash and not dictated by the sender.

Everyone should understand that once the check is cancelled the merchandise MUST be returned. Use receipt confirmation, require a signature so that later you will not be accused of not returning the item. I am sure these guys will Hook and Crook by any means.
