Globaltek Distribution Services Vitamix, New Age Garcinia Cambogia Took My Money Before my Trial was up!!!!! Tempe Arizona

I am a single mom of 2 kids, and have gained some weight over the last few yrs as I am getting older, I have seen the advertisement for Garcinia Cambogia for months and because it is all natural, and "Dr.Oz" endorsed...which I found out is bogus as well, because I have High Blood Pressure, I decided with the "4.95" deal, for a 30 day trial, I would try them out, it was only 5 bucks after all. I ordered the product on October 25th, and didn't even recieve my bottle until November 5th, that is about 10 days. My check gets deposited and BAM!! $89.99 was taken out of my account by Globaltek Distribution Services.

First of all I READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, and nowhere in them did it state anything about a 14day trial...which is what the representative told me, when I called the Grimy Bastards. He also said they would issue me a 30% refund which would be equivalent to about 30 dollars, so I would only pay 69.99!!!! I was furious, this was not what any of the terms and conditions said, actually it stated the cost after the 30 day trial would be in the amount of $29.99, Not $89.99! I still have 11 days left of my Free Trial??? so what the hell is going on. THEY are Frauds....and there is also a video on the actual Dr.Oz website, that he in no way endorses any product that is affiliated with Garcinia Cambogia. I should have checked that first but did not.  I have since complained to the BBB, as well as this site. Hopefully these jerks get shut down for their rip off ways!
