Globaltellink is a ripoff.Theyl lie when you ask them if they service the prison that your paying to so you can receivecollect calls from an inmate.When I realized that this was the wrong company Itried to contact Globaltelink and ask for a refund.Conviently as soon as Itold the rep that I wanted a refund, the call was disconnected. Then I call back and the automated message saidthere is heavy call volume and to try back later. This company is very hard to get in touch with a live person.Now I see why.What do I do?
