I have been a panel member of GlobalTestMarket for over 10 years. I accumulated more than 9500 reward points. I tried to redeem my points in late March of this year. To my horror, GlobalTestMarket inactivated my account. I sent them a number of e-mail messages and even called them. Nobody bothered to respond to me. The phone number given always has a computerized message. I left messages after messages. This company is a scam. I only want to redeem my points to buy groceries. What is the purpose of me spending hours participating in their surveys for over 10 years? All I get is victimization. I am extremely upset with this survey company. Can you look into my plight? This company must be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Very often, I will spen 30 minutes trying to take survey and a computerized message stating that I am not qualified appears. I need your ernest help
