Globul auto sales peter perry manger/owner sold a clunker and falsified paper work (smog) las vegas Nevada

I bought a 2006 Cadillac srx a week before Christmas 2015 had it check out by our mechanic after the holidays as they were closed when i went to pick up car and see what he found my mechanic said tranny need to be replaced the whole computer board that runs the whole car is shot and needs replaced and when he hooked it up to the computer every possible code came up and he said tnere was no way that that car passed smog test legally and said to get it just running the cost would be 5000 just for tranny .  Then on star emailed me wanting me to contact them as i have something terribly wrong with engine and transmission,  so i did and they said not to drive it get it to a repair shop asap. The car didnt even run for 1 month and now has neen sitting for almost 2, i have contacted them tryed workimg with them and nothing but acording to them at dealership every car they sell comes with a 3 month warranty which they said would cover all cost of my transmission they wrote that in a message to me in which i printed it out and since then they deleted that account and have ignored me and wont response to channel 13 news or the bbb which i have made a complaint to. Now i am going to dmv ttomorrow to fike a complaint with them. I have printed out all bad comments i found on this dealership and i. Not the only one they sold  and rip off they even tell one that do whatever u want cause we are getting deported soon that was 2 yrs ago they are still here ,they were by nevada dmv law to check and inspect the drive train when a car has over 7500 miles mine has 108,000 on the paper work they checked no .these people are nothi g but crooks they statred i have a warranty but do nothing i want them to fix or give me another car of my choice better yet shut down and arrested for falsified papers someone needs to stop illegal immigrants from being here and ripping hard working people off.
