GLOBUST TOUR DEPOSIT RIPOFF!
Buyers Beware: Once you make a deposit with Globus, your money is no longer yours!!!!! Please be aware that any deposit for a Globus Italy tour will not be refunded if you have to cancel.
We did cancel and the refund ($650.00, credit vouchers only accepted by Globus) process was absurd. After numerous telephone calls to Globus and their insurance company, we finally received a credit voucher for $400.00 (the penalty for cancellation is $125.00 per person).
Due to various circumstances, (health issue, impending layoff, etc.) we could not afford to book another tour within the 12 month period after cancellation. So, the bottom line is Globus stole our $650.00 Deposit. We will never deal with GLOBUS TOURS (NOR ANY OF THEIR AFFILLIATES) EVER AGAIN!!!
