Gloria Klopfstein, owner of Axos Tech Inc.& Tekasa Corp. Slumlord, scammer, liar, not be to enabled or rented from Edmonton Alberta

We are writing this note to warn people against renting the property at: 12917 118 street (calder area). This is a "reduced rent" unit owned by: Gloria Klopfstein.

Gloria is a slumlord extraordinaire experienced at stealing your hard earned monies to move you into her poor condition homes. She has had a house been shut down already by Alberta health authorities. Her homes have mold in them and she sends non-qualified individuals to "make repairs".

She is the master at playing stupid and has an authority complex which leads her to believe she can just walk into your house "aka her house" without notice, whenever she wants, and her repairmen included.

Please beware this woman she tries to up charge you for everything then when shes being sued in court (4 times by previous tenants) she plays dumb and finds things to blame you for so she can keep your deposit. If you want to deal with a slumlord and live in a house with two losers downstairs who smoke inside and never go to work (OH YEAH that's her downstairs tenants) and get screwed paying utilities for all her tenants (you guessed it the downstairs unit is an illegal suite), then go hard! Otherwise, be smart and stop enabling this piece of s*** to harm people further.
