The Mark Adkins State Farm Agency is a fraudulent, dishonest, *** insurance agency who has ever handled my auto and renters policies.Their employee Gloria Torres is a lying, dishonorable, unethical agent who mislead me by screwing me over taking two monthly payments at a lower rate and raised my rates when she realized admitted she made a mistake two months later after she wrote my policy.

I was told they ran my drivers license and MVR under someone who has the same name and birth date who had a ticket and got the lower rate. When they ran my info again two months later, they raised my rates and I have no tickets or accidents. Gloria asked an absurd question if I had two Texas Drivers license numbers? That is impossible.

They absolute refuse to honor the original rate and in fact, I was back charged for the two months they under billed me. Never in the 25 years I have been with State Farm this ever happen. They take a day to run you background and give you the rate you pay. I got charge $42 dollars for furs and jewelry on my insurance policy when I don't have those items and they refuse to take it off.

I have reported Gloria Torres personal and the Mark Adkins State Farm to The Texas Department of insurance and every possible consumer rip off website to warn others to never trust or have Gloria or Mark Adkins State Farm write or service your new policy. The State Farm corporate office did nothing about it as they are extortionist and out to rip off consumers looking after their bottom line.
