well let me get the facts straight for you.  when i asked to test drive the car, he said "I could do it, he just needed hi boss's permission" i also told them, that one of their employees could come with me.  when they found out i was going to take it to my mechanic who was 3 mns away, that is when they had the problem.

first off i am a proud owner of a subaru already, therefor i know how much they are worth.  i just happen to love collecting subarus.  i am waiting for the lawsuit, so that they can close them down this time. false advertisement, also putting pics online that are not real, without stating that the pics could defer from the actual merchandise.  SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW, AND WILL GET ON IT.

You must work for this dealership and that is why you are defending them. They are not obligated to anything you are right but we drove for 50 miles and were going to buy the car but I do not run my credit for no reason to lower my credit score. And it is shady that a dealer will not let the customer test drive the car and let the customer take it to mechanic to check it out before customer buys or signs any credit reports. And if that dealership has ACE certified mechanic why is the vehicle in such terrible condition and the belts are squaking? Wouldn't you think the mechanic had fixed the problems before the vehicle was put for sale? ALso tires had cracks in them which means they can go flat during highway driving and cause an accident. So I can sue the dealership for trying to sell the vehicle for trying to sell it with damaged unsafe tires which is illegal. So before you go threatening to sue people for posting the truth about horrible service get your facts straight. 

So if they car had no problems why wouldnt they let people take it to a mechanic? And if they claim they have ACE mechanic on staff why was the car making noises like the belts were going bad and the car was in s*** condition?

 So because THEY wont just let YOU take a vehicle UNSECURED that somehow makes THEM a bad business. The sales rep did the RIGHT THING!!! Until YOU are willing to do as YOU have been asked so THEY can do as YOU have asked, HAVE A NICE DAY CRYBABY!!!! YOU CHOSE to NOT cooperate with THEM so THEY are under ZERO obligation to co operate with YOU!!!! LEARN YOUR PLACE DILLHOLE!!!!! YOU do NOT have the right to make demands AND defame THEM online BECAUSE YOU DID NOT GET YOUR WAY!!! Its called defamation tardlet!!! YOU have NOT been ripped off. You HAVE defamed THEM on a media outlet. So IM going to send them a nice email pointing THEM to YOUR POST!!!! THEY deserve the right to challenge what YOU have written and DESERVE the right to take YOU to court for the defamation YOU CHOSE to post. Must be nice to know that while YOU didnt buy a car, THEY are STILL going to have ALL your money. All BECAUSE YOU are a self entitled crybaby whiner who DID NOT get thier way.
