Glory Express Kennels Deposit Given For a 7oz 4 week Blue Eyed Extra Tiny White Liver Shih Tzu that seemed like a scam now Mineola Texas

On February 6, 2015 I emailed Glory Express Kennels regarding purchasing a shih tzu for sale that was 4 week old  She was a White liver shih tzu with blue eyes. The owner of Glory Epxress kennels told me that they had a tiny sister of the puppy that was listed on puppyfind and she was only 7oz  an was also a white liver shih tzu with blue eyes but they had not yet advertised her because she was so tiny.  She sent me a picture of her and the parents and I fell in love with the tiny white puppy with blue eyes.  I put a deposit down of $250 dollars on 2/9/2015 and I was going to make payments each week until the $2150 purchased price of the tiny shih tzu was paid in full.  Each week I asked for photos of the puppy but Glory Express Kennels would tell me each week that the puppy is too tiny to take a bath and take photos.  

The owner kept sending me photos of a different puppy with very bad lighting but I could still tell that is was not the same puppy that I had put a deposit on but I could not tell if the puppy had blue eyes the photos were so bad.   A week later I again ask for photos of the puppy and she told be the puppy was too tiny and she could not take photos for me but sent me a video of the other puppy that I did not put a deposit down on.   The puppy is now 7 weeks old and she claims the puppy is only 8oz and is too small to give a bath and take photos of and is hand feed.   I asked for a photo or my money back so i could purchase a differnet puppy since I was now thinking that this puppy did not exsist or if it was still being hand feed and only gained 1 oz in 4 weeks?  

I ask to take photos without a bath and with or without her litter mates but she was unable to provide me any photos of the 7 week old puppy.   I asked again if I could get my money back since I am not sure even sure that this puppy actually exsist anymore and she told me she could take pictures of her bigger sister sister and I could purchase her otherwise I could have to wait until the puppy was 9 weeks old or 12oz before I could get a photo and  also I would need for the weather to be better to get any photos of the puppy and that the health of the puppy was more important then getting photos of the puppy and receiving more money from me.   I think that the photo sent to me of the puppy was an old photo of a puppy or something???  There is no tiny white liver shiih tzu with blue eyes and I was scammed out of $250.  I was ripped off!!!!!
