I ordered a trial of ReNew Eye Cream about a month or so ago online.  A lady called me shorly me placing my order to follow-up on my order.  She said that the charge was only $4.95, as I had been lead to believe at the time of my order.  I  asked her if I was going to be charged another fee for the product later or whether I was being placed on an "auto-ship" list for the product.  She said "No" in perfectly clear English!

About 3 weeks later, I found a charge on my credit card for $88.10 from "GLORY GREEN HEALTH", but there was no phone number or any further information.  I did not know who they were or what the charge was for.  I tried to find GLORY GREEN HEALTH by doing a Google search and they were nowhere to be found.  

After thinking about it for awhile, I put two-and-two together and decided that they had charged me for that eye cream that I had thought I had only ordered a trial for.  I decided to let it be, since the lady had assured me that I would not be put on auto-ship.

Well....yestereday, I received a package in the mail from "ReNew Eye Cream".  I checked out my credit card charges and yes, they had charged me another $88.10 from GLORY GREEN HEALTH!  After a Google search for "ReNew Eye Cream", I finally found a phone numberer (888-403-7786).  I called and automatically found out that I was in fact on auto-ship and was able to cancel that.  However, I then spoke with a customer care representative who was extremely rude.  I told her that I had not opened the package that I received yesterday and that I want to go ahead and return it for a full refund.

The representative told me that they do not accept returns, nor do they provide refunds.  When I asked to speak with her supervisor, she refused.  I then told her that I would be reporting this to the authorities, to which she replied, "I do not care who you report this to!"  Needless to say, that was the end of our conversation.

I will be reporting this company to the authorities as well as writing about them here.  I also will be disputinig the charge on my credit card.
