Gloss Motive Advertised price for CBD Oil $37 per bottle, Buy 3 get one free. This was a lie when order went through said also charging for 4th bottle. No itemized bill nor a Total on receipt. Las Vegas Nevada

On December 23rd 2016 I ordered CBD oil from a weblink on facebook. The product was advertised for $37 a bottle, buy 3 bottles get one free. After my order went through I received a receipt in my email which had no prices listed or order total.

When the a receipt popped up from the website it said I was being charged for 4 bottles at $37 per bottle, but still no order total was displayed. I called the phone # provided and tried to cancel my order and was told the order was already being shipped and could not be canceled. This all transpired within 10 minutes of me having placed the order to begin with. Kinda odd since I'm located in NY state and ordered @ 8:45AM EST and the company is located in Las Vegas NV which is at least 2 or 3 hours behind us.

I asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn't any, and that they couldn do anything for me. I hopped in my car and drove one mile to my bank to put a stop payment on the transaction. By this time it was 9:05AM EST, I was told I couldn't stop the payment since it had already gone through for the amount of $198. Now I'm pretty sure that my NYS public education taught me that 3 times $37. equals $111. and even if they charged for the 4th, supposedly free bottle, the total would only have been $148.

At this point curious I called the company back to find out exactly what I was being charged $50 for. They had no answer for me and told me to stop calling them, they would no longer take any calls from me. When the order went through originally my printer was completely out of ink so I now trucked down to Office max to get more ink to be able to print out the internet receipt. By the time I got back the internet receipt for the company had dissapeared and with it my abilty to find out anymore about the company.

Luckily I took photo's of the receipt with my cell phone so can offer them as proof to support my statements. My Bank said I could report the company for fraud, but with no actual company name or address on either receipt I was left with the choice of waiting for the product to arrive. It did so today and surprise, the receipt inside the package did not itemize the charges but vaguely implies I was charged $49.50 per bottle for all 4 bottles. 

This company is a rip-off and very shady in my opinion. If I could find the original facebook post I would report them to facebook to get them to ban the advertisement so no one else gets hoodwinked by this company! Please help, I won't be returning the product since reading about the other consumer who got scammed  and sent back her order for a refund and they won't even acknowledge they are a customer of theirs. Keeping this product is my only proof that this every even happened.

Having jumped ahead and reading below, no I didn't use a credit card but did use a debit card. Which doesn't have the same protections since it gives the company instant access to your money.
