This is a new company yes it is, we just started sales two days ago when our commercial came out on December 29, 2011. We have spent the past month in building our stock from assembly. We have no store front sales because we have no way of accepting credit card orders other than through PayPal on our website. We work out of a small shop that is owned by a family member. I was outraged to see this posted on the Internet considering we just opened for business on online sales only two days ago. If this report was actually true I would be more than willing to pay back every single penny and then some to make this customer happy. But this is not the case, according to the report this has been going on for weeks and it's all lies. As I have stated you show me proof of a credit card purchase or a receipt and I will stand behind it 100%. And I see that a attorney will handle this case, all I can say is the truth will come out then. I don't appreciate someone trying to destroy somebodies new company that they have worked for so many years to create and 10 years of life savings to make this dream come true be destroyed by false allegations from somebody trying to make this personal or whatever the case may be. I would like this to be taken off my company's record as soon as possible if they can, unless you have definite proof of the allegations I see this nothing but false statements on one individual.
