Cancelled my "contract"with Glucosulin before my 30-day activation to keep the supplement sent to my address. I no longer thought the product was beneficial. My trial period began on 3/26/12 and I cancelled on 4/23/12. However, on 5/4/12, I was billed an extra $99.96 for more products, after I had cancelled my obligation within the 30-day trial period.

I CALLED BACK SPOKE WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. SHE TRANSFERED ME BACK TO THE SAME PERSON, I TOLD HER I WANTED TO TALK TO SOMEONE OTHER THAN HER, SHE TRANSFERED ME TO A PERSON WHO SAID HE WAS A MANAGER HIS NAME WAS BEN. I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT THE SUPERVISOR TOLD ME IF I WENT THROUGH MY BANK AND DISPUTED THE CHARGE I WOULD NOT GET A REFUND AND THEY DID NOT HAVE TO REFUND ME, HE SAID THAT WAS CORRECT.
THEN I EXPLAINED THAT IF I ASK MY BANK TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE I WOULD ASK THEM TO DO A CHARGEBACK AS MERCHANDISE RETURNED CREDIT NOT POSTED AND ONCE THE CHARGEBACK GOES THROUGH THEIR PROCESSOR IT WOULD AUTOMATICALLY DEBIT THEIR ACCOUNT AND THE COMPANY WOULD HAVE TO REPERSENT ITEM BACK TO MY BANK I WOULD UPDATE MY LETTER OF THE DISPUTE
AND IT WOULD HAVE TO GO IN COLLECTION AND IT WOULD TAKE UP TO 6 MONTHS BEFORE THIS DISPUTE IS SETTLED AND I ASK THEM IF THEY WANTED TO KNOW HOW I KNEW THE PROCESS,BECAUSE I WAS ONCE AN ARBITRATOR IN CHECKCARD SERVICES AND I NEVER HAD A MERCHANT TO REPERSENT BECAUSE I KNOW WHAT TO HAVE A CUSTOMER WRITE AND SEND ME WHEN I DID CHARGEBACKS. I GOT MY MONEY THE NEXT DAY
