Product was introduced by infomercial on television.  Called the number only to inquire about the supplement facts, was pressured into giving a credit card number only to verify my identity before being given facts.  After learning of what was in Glucosulin, I refused the product, but was told since I made the call, I would be charged a shipping and handling fee, w/a 30 day return money back guarantee.  After pleading w/the agent to cancel, I was told that it was not company policy to do so at that time and I should call Customer Service.

I called Customer Service nxt. day, 1-800-249-0574, but only met with more resistance until finally after calling for several days, the agent agreed to cxl. order (which contained an automatic renewal, but I returned the product the day I received it.)  My account was charged the $11+ s/h, the product returned, the company promised to live up to the cancellation and now I am being charged $99+ for a product I do not have.  I am in the process of working with my bank to stop payment, but the company is not cooperating.  It is a big mess and I am looking at a big hassel to stop them from the current charge and future charges.

The co., Health Resource, is determined to charge my account and will not accept  the fact that I followed the instructions of returning the product w/in 30 days and paid the s/h. which should have relieved me of all responsibility.  I complied with the terms of their offer.

Please do not subscribe to their sales tactics.  But more importantly, I am diabetic, and they are marketing this product as a supplement that will improve blood sugar metabolism.  It does not.  There are not health benefits in the supplement, in fact, after reasearching the ingredients, this product can not be helpful to diabetics, it cannot control blood sugar.  It can only give you false hope which may lead you to ignore medications that will help.  This product can only harm diabetics.

Sorry this scam company is cheating you and MANY others.

The BBB rates them a solid "F".  VERY untrustworthy Ripoff company. I'm also a diabetic and would be very unhappy to find out a "medication" touted to help control blood sugar was worthless. This company is known for billing amounts they shouldn't.

Best of luck getting your money back from these thieves.
