I submitted one of my product to have it tested for low glycemic certification via human clinical trial. I had paid $6000 for services expected to be completed in 8-10 weeks. GRI received my samples in November 21, 2015. I had left dozens of emails and messages with no reply or return. A few time when someone picked up, they immediately hung up the phone. I am suspicious I may be a victim of fraud. I had initially only wanted a status of my clinical trial but now, GRI have lost all credibility. I don't want my product(s) associated with this company. I would like a full refund of $6000 for services not rendered. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. BBB was not able to reach anyone with this company. I don't want anyone else to lose $6000 or more. They start off by telling you the testing was not ready. After two months, they will not take your call or answer any emails. Stay away from this company.
