Glynis Austin is a dirty little scammer . I advertised my property with this agent.She diverted inquiries to the more expensive properties she was selling . I was paying for her to advertise my property while she diverted the inquiries to other properties.For months i had no inquiries.I already purchased another property and needed to sell as i was paying the loan for both the properties.I had friends inquire about my property,she was bad mouthing it and even suggested not to buy it.I would not recommend Glynis Austin to no one,she is the next Heather Filippini.When i took my listing to the agent next door,i sold my property with in a month.Avoid these scammers at Ray white Paddington Brisbane.Do not be fooled by her using a different marketing name.She works out of Ray White Paddington Brisbane.She is Nothing short of an exceptional Rip Off.
