GMA Global Media Solutions Deceptive advertising techniques; No follow through- spent nearly $300.00 with no leads. Impossible to get a hold of and cancel. Skippack, Pennsylvania

I paid nearly $300.00 to this company and received nothing in return.  When I found out I was being charged $267. per month for advertising i called to cancel.  They had to turn me over to an account executive to cancel and I was on hold for 20 minutes.  Canceling was not easy since the sales representative kept talking and persuaded me to check their website services out.  He said he would have someone contact me and the charge for this service would be $25.  He took the fact that I agreed to have someone show me what this website was like as a yes and charged me $25. which the company refused to give back.  When I found out I had been charged this money, I again was put on hold for 20 minutes because I had to talk to an account manager to cancel. Of course, she was trying to tell me to keep this website and kept talking and talking and I kept saying "No."  She told me that they would not reimburse me.  Stay away from this company.  They are very deceptive and do not deliver.  Also every e-mail communication I had from them was marked Do Not Repy so you had no idea who was sending you the email and were more than likely to delete it.
