GMAC lost appeals court decision after four years of expensive litigation and refuses to pay a $29,000.00 judgment. See  Oscn.net Tulsa county case no CJ-10-2444. It seems GMAC prefers to pay It's lawyers to support frivolous law suits appealing  sound decisions with frivolous meritless claims driving expensive court cases attempting to starve out litigants just bed cause they can afford too. Why do business with this company that will pay for more litigation rather than pay its debts  for its ill conceived business practices ? GMAC  is a predator on small businesses that fight back and win to stop its unfair  litigation practices. When you pay your GMAC  car payment or GMAC mortgage payment as you agreed think about this " does GMAC pay its debts when they are due or does GMAC  duck n dodge  and drive to the courthouse laughing filing lawsuits to drive up the costs of doing business and put others jobs and busines in harms way ?"
