Man'o'man,
I feel so much better after finding this site. AMC sold our house to GMAC without our knowlege and we sent them the house payment just to find out that they dumped our mortgage to GMAC who refused our house payment not only once.
stating they had no info. on our account, but near the middle of the month they refused it again by stating that now they had the wrong account info. The real shitty thing is, they took our house payment from our checking and said they never did such thing.
By the november rolling around now we owed for 2 months and they encured late fees on our first month of October, We could never even get one payment made. During November my wife lost her job, and at the end of November I got hit by a Lady Head on, Took my 20 year career away.
I got ahold of them and they just stated that now i am 2 months behind and they could start a foreclosure if i continued to fall behind. They never cared to hear my excuse. Now AMC has our rental property and they estimated it almost 30,000.00 to high and we couldnt get it sold.
Plus having our tenents decide not to pay and destroy parts of home. As my situation was in a emergency state of crisis and asked for helpby both af they evil twins tha twork hand and hand together. Now my rental property is in foreclosure and my my home I live in gos the 25th.
The freakin Foreclosure Lawyer never sent my anything so that i could find a new lender for my unique situation and that company was very pleasent on the phone. But waited three months to reply woth the final foreclosure by taping it to our front door while we were gone.
I kept on calling them and got no reply until it was to late. Now my credit is so bad that noone will give me the time of day, plus with all the other delinquent bills in there it is really bad, and I had almost a 800 credit core before. AMC and GMAC caused my family to be put in a homeless state,
Those rottin people wouldnt do anything but ask, well how much did you make, and why arent you back to work to yet. Well KMA for being in a 100 mpr head on impacked and being disabled for 4 months.
I suppose you're not allowed to have misfortune in this screwed up state of Michigan. And to haveyour story told over and over again. Its like living our unforseen events being desplayed and a constant review of living threw it over and over again.
I need some assistance from ya'all that have beat them idiots at their own game and now in need of a pro bono lawyer or one to settle after taking there green backs for pain and suffering plus bad business ethnics of having our homes takin away.
So ya all I have been hit by the a-holes too and in need of emergency help to stop this.
Thanks and glad to finally have someone on my side; it's a big relief.

Hello Wesley,
Just read your report and need to know more details before I'm able to make any suggestions. Specifically, when did you purchase your home and rental property? Why does AMC have control of your rental property? Were you behind in your payments before Gmac acquired your loan?
By law, both AMC and Gmac were suppose to notify you that your mortgage note was sold to Gmac. By law Gmac was not suppose to impose late fees within the first sixty day after having obtaining your mortgage.
If you mailed your payment to AMC how did Gmac gain access to your checking account?
When did Gmac begin foreclosure proceedings? Has Gmac obtained a final judgment of foreclosure yet? You said your home was going to be sold on May 25th, was it?
I know I have asked quite a few questions, but to try to steer you in the right direction I really do need more information. I am not a lawyer and I do not offer legal advice. However, from the thank you responses I receive at my yahoo stopgmac address I gather my suggestions are on target and pretty good. Considering your circumstances I STRONGLY suggest you immediately seek the advice of a real estate attorney because you are running out of time to save your home.
