was in loan modification arrangement with Homecomings , during said loan was passed to GMAC as servicer , and suddenly was in trial repayment plan. what happened to loan mod plan?  was charged western union charges to send payment for 6 months, and told I had honored agreement and to continue sending regular payment . loan servicer was changed in middle of loan modification arrangement , and I guess it was discontinued by Homecomings at changeover to GMAC , and now payments are as were prior and no mention of loan mod from GMAC. requested forensic review of complete loan documents but has heard nothing. No lower interest rate of 5.5% and lower payment of nearly $150.00 lower from previous $ 750.00. What is happening here?

I was having problems making the payments last year before GMAC took
over. I was told I couldn't get any help with their version of a loan
modification unless I was three months behind. I told them I wanted to
stay current but I was struggling. I never went more than 30 days late
but had a man out here taking pictures of my house. I asked who he was
and he said he was checking on the property as they were concerned I
was going to go into default. I told him (at that time ) I was only 28
days late and it would be in before the 30 days period. In the 3 years
I have had this loan I have only been late twice more than 30 days and
that was over a year ago. They never gave me any kind of help only
their version of advice which ws to go past my 30 days so it would go
into default and then they could help --but usually not for 90 days
after that! Might as well have given the house back to them. I must say that GMAC is not living up to their Obama home loan modification either
-I filed papers 4 months ago and they keep saying it is being processed. I filled out tons of paperwork for a modification through Homecomings and no matter where it was sent or faxed they claim to not received it or were reviewing it.
