My husband and I both on may 31st, 2006 signed documents that were so foriegn to us on the way the whole loan in itself was written we signed our lives to the devil, as well as heres the keys we are your tenants.
I will fight this all the way for what they have done with all the lies and decietfullness with the intent to not only take our house but knowing they were able to under the language used in writing this loan saying one thing and doing another.
We were given no information prior to loan closing or proper doucuments at the time of application time. Had the apprasial fixed to qualify us for this amount of loan, and was told by the apprasiar as well as the person who first contacted us on this loan in a very condesending voice. I will get my home back!

Hello Noreen,
It is difficult to understand exactly what Gmac did to you from the information you provided in your report. If, as you say, Gmac failed to provide you with appropriate closing document then it is violating several consumer laws. If Gmac arranged for a bogus appraisal, then once again, it has violated the law. If you had knowledge that Gmac fixed the appraisal then you are also guilty of violating the law.
Everyone on this site knows that Gmac is a lying, deceitful, and unethical company and that it is capable of stealing a person's home in the blink of an eye. How did it manage to take your home after only three months?
There is a group of us on this site dedicated to helping others who are being abused by Gmac. Read some of the reports by Joseph, Dan, or me to link up with us. In the mean time, seek the advice of a lawyer who can explain your consumer rights and what legal recourse is available to you.
